Top-class visitors from Salem and surrounding cities throng the exclusive jewellery exhibition and sale

17th edition UE THE JEWELLERY EXPO, India’s most comprehensive and exclusive exhibition of cutting-edge, authentic and contemporary jewellery was held at Hotel Grand Estancia in Salem for the 3-day period from Friday June 21 to Sunday June 23. This exclusive exhibition was inaugurated by Mr. Ravichandran, Chairman of Hotel Grand Estancia in presence of Mr. Sriidhar Ravichandran, Managing Director, Hotel Grand Estancia on Friday June 21 at Crystal Ballroom, Hotel Grand Estancia.

Being organized for the first time in Salem, UE THE JEWELLERY EXPO has entered a new stage where visitors from this part of the country, for the first time, could explore the best and best of jewellery collections under roof from across India to suit men, women and kids for all occasions.

The event with an underlying mission of “exploring new markets for the jewellery manufacturers and presenting an opportunity for the local people to buy the pan India latest jewellery designs and ornaments at their doorsteps” was a huge success in terms of exhibitor participation, visitor turnout, business generated and orders placed.

The three-day exhibition welcomed over 6,400 crème de la crème and upper-middle class society visitors from Salem, Erode and other surrounding cities. All took advantage of the opportunity to buy  bangles, rings, necklaces, earrings, pendants, bridal collections, men’s collections, chains and accessories from gold, diamond, antique, custom, fashion, handmade, kundan, meenakari, navratna, pachchikam, silver and stone jewellery. The collections from different parts of India showcased variety of collections thus was a compelling factor for buying with irresistible offers at most of the stalls. The sheer variety and design was something the visitor felt very much satisfied and interesting to buy at the expo cum sale. The event had over 20 renowned jewellery houses like Sri Kumaran Thanga Maligai, Malabar Gold & Diamonds, Coimbatore Jewellers, Amrapali, Chennai Diamonds, etc.,

The collections are exclusively crafted for this season. Collections included but not restricted to designer collection, traditional collection, bridal collection, men collection, occasion collection, casual collection, antique collection, diamond collection, diamond watch collection, gift collection, contemporary designs and many more.

The massive publicity in almost all the media had the over whelming response exhibitions. An extensive publicity and advertising campaign was undertaken before and during the event. The entire gamut of media promotion activities were directed towards creating awareness about the 17th edition UE THE JEWELERY EXPO through newspapers, online media, social networks, signages, hoardings, banners, SMS, etc.,
